Description
VANOC II was the nom-de-plume of W. E. Hayter Preston who wrote for the Tribune and the Sunday Referee in the mid 1930s. He was described as "the most provocative and revolutionary writer in modern journalism."
In 1936 he wrote 'I am A heretic.'
